Level 3: Shadow Work Intensive (3-day deep dive)

Mount Shasta, California

3-day deep dives to work with what’s normally hidden from us.

The shadow is the part of us that we have split off from ourselves to make us more lovable, and more likely to belong in our communities. While splitting is a universal coping mechanism, if we are to live with full aliveness and to develop mature emotional / spiritual practices, shadow work is essential. And the more that we have split off from ourselves, the harder it is to live from soul.

It’s not easy to work with shadow because we’ve built expert-level defenses to protect our sense of who we are. So working with shadow usually requires the support of guides familiar with all of the wily ways that our shadows can hide, kick and scream.

Shadow work is also challenging because it encompasses our darkest impulses. Life is an ecosystem of both creative and destructive impulses. We simply don’t have a choice about whether to deal with our Shadow. It will either play out consciously or not. Genuine Shadow work is the humble attempt to bring light to these parts of ourselves so that we can consciously develop a balanced and vibrant personal ecosystem. And the great gift of deep shadow work is that often it is central to expressing our unique talents and genius.

Join us for this 3-day advanced shadow deep dive with soul-guides Steve and Melissa L.
