Creative Residencies & Personal Sabbaticals
Invest in nurturing your soul’s unique expression from a deeply grounded and sacred place, the root chakra of Mother Earth.
We offer different kinds of getaways for you to drop into your creative flow. Our weeklong group residency (offered only 2 times a year) is facilitated by one of our master coaches for supportive accountability if you have something you really want to create or produce within a set time. We can also work with you on creating your own sabbatical or personal retreat experience!
What's a residency?
A residency is a retreat designed to help you pursue your authentic and creative growth. It provides the space for you to step out of your normal routines and focus on your work without the disruptions of daily life. From our own experience, we've found that the more time we spend at Hestia, the more open and clear we feel to create from a state of flow.
What will the experience be like?
7 nights / 8 days of uninterrupted working / creative/ writing time up at Hestia
Days will be focused on going deep with our work or free time to get clarity in the wilderness of Mount Shasta or soak in the mineral baths just up the road
Evenings will be an opportunity to connect with other participants and optionally get feedback on our work / projects
2 evenings will feature curated experiences to open up our creativity (such as a fire ceremony or sound healing in the yurt)
3 nourishing meals per day plus complimentary tea, coffee and snacks
75-minute healing mineral bath at Stewart Mineral Springs to open you up to your creative flow
Optional supplemental services like on-site massage and energy work to help release creative blockages
